Afternoon crew after a very cold day of hard work. L-R Gary, Harvey, Jared, Rich and Faris. Steve was doing something in the house so missed being photographed.
Faris and Steve crawled up on the shelf inside the shed to attach the metal
clips to the trusses and secure the roof.
Two PA students came down on Saturday to help build the shed. They had both done construction before so Gary and crew greatly appreciated their expertise. Here is Tery Hursh from Montana. Looks like you are enjoying your break from studying Ter! THANKS!
Note the efficient crew nailing the stud wall together. Left to right is Steve Aabye, Tery Hursh, Pat Litster, Rich, Chuck, Lucas, and Jared. After the stud walls were built for the shed then sheets of plywood were attached to secure the wall. We had an excellent crew for the morning. Thanks everyone.
Cindy Nolte, Trinity president, gave a greeting. She shared as an aside how proud she was of her daughter, Angie. Pastor Steve led a "House Blessing" which reminded us all of God's presence in the midst of this special project. We pray that God will continue to bless the Abdulla family as they settle into their new home.
We were fortunate to have the media come to record the deication of the house. Here is a shot of the camera men getting ready for the ceremony.
