Lunch Day 4

Thanks go to Eileen Etterman, Ardis Eengel, Ruth Westfield ad Cora Stenberg for Tuesday's delicious lunch. We had great sandwiches (with real ham slices- YUM), potato salad, cookies and bars and more. Becky Smeltzer did her magic again to prepare the tables and plates, napkins, drinks etc. for snacks and lunch- thanks Becky. Zozan Abdullah sent a tomato based rice dish with Faris that had peas on top etc. It was molded on a tray. The lunch crew and volunteers decided that Zozan needs to hold cooking classes at Trinity to share her gift with us. Her food is unbelievable- great in its unique taste and presentation. You gifted us during this build Zoza!!
